Lambda Phi Omega was founded on April 19, 2017 in Dallas Texas by strong women who recognized the need for a TRUE brotherhood in not only the community around them but in the entire LGBTQ community. They had a vision of bringing together strong women like themselves that was searching for a place to belong, better themselves and their community. The Noble Gents of Lambda Phi Omega Fraternity knew it would take hard work and perseverance to build a TRUE brotherhood.
